Baxter Bloore is a solicitor in our Insolvency, Commercial Disputes and Construction Team . He assists clients in resolving commercial disputes and navigating insolvency processes across Queensland and interstate jurisdictions.
Baxter has experience acting for nationally recognised corporate clients in enforcement, commercial recovery and litigious matters. He has also worked with liquidators and insolvency practitioners on substantial recovery claims and insolvency proceedings and advises creditors in winding-up applications and related restructuring matters.
Baxter completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2024. Shortly thereafter, he was admitted as a solicitor and obtained his practising certificate to appear in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
