Chloe Parsons-Pope is a skilled litigator and corporate lawyer, with broad regulatory and commercial practice, with particular expertise in matters involving corporate governance, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), business and directorship disputes and financial services.
Chloe frequently acts for company directors, corporations, SMEs, seed investors, fund managers, medical professionals, pharmaceutical executives and government departments.
Beyond the law, she gives back to the profession as Councillor of the Queensland Law Society, Member of the QLS Finance and Risk Committee, Professional Conduct Committee and Equity and Diversity Committee and the Law Council of Australia’s Young Lawyers Committee. Chloe is also a member of the College of Law’s Civil Litigation Curriculum Advisory Committee (CAC), advising the College’s Academic Board on issues and matters which are of current concern and priority to practitioners in the area of Civil Litigation.
Before admission to legal practice, Chloe Parsons-Pope was a Graduate at Moray and Agnew Lawyers and Law Clerk at Gadens Lawyers, working in both the financial services regulatory and banking and finance practice groups.
In 2024, she completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and currently reads a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Melbourne.
