Dominic Ierna works in the firm’s property and commercial team.  He has extensive experience in advising developers, landlords, tenants and buyers and sellers of both properties and businesses.

Dominic has acted on a range of matters including:

  • Management of landlord and tenant lease related disputes
  • Drafting and negotiation of commercial and retail leases, incentive deeds, agreements for lease and licences
