Fraser Petracci Solicitor RC Lawyers

Fraser Petracci

With experience ranging across areas of Construction, Personal Injury and Criminal Law, Fraser has developed a keen interest in assisting everyday people when they feel they are most vulnerable and in need of support. Throughout his early career, Fraser has developed various advocacy and time management skills, making him comfortable communicating advice with clients and reassuring them about the progress of their matters.

Fraser graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in December 2024 and in the process achieved first class honours with distinction in his Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business (Management) dual degree. Fraser was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in July 2025 and has the firm belief that everybody should be entitled to a defence. Fraser has dedicated his work to ‘helping out the little guy’ and throughout his career has always wanted to fight for those who feel they have no voice. A large portion of Fraser’s work has involved working with Legal Aid Queensland to assist those who cannot afford adequate legal representation.

Born and raised in Brisbane to an Italian family, Fraser values spending time with his family and friends. In his spare time Fraser loves running marathons and playing social touch footy, making home-made Italian red wine with his family, and supporting the Brisbane Broncos every week.

Fraser’s diverse qualifications and background in both Business and Law provide the office with a different perspective on how to approach various tasks at hand.

Fraser has previously worked as a paralegal in the areas of Construction Law and Personal Injury Litigation. For the past two years, Fraser has been exclusively working in Criminal Law, initially working as a law clerk, before transitioning into becoming a solicitor in July 2025.
