Mediation In Commercial Disputes

Mediation can be Court appointed or chosen by the parties and has some noteworthy attributes while you are in the middle of a commercial dispute and allows the parties to attend with an unbiased and independent third party to oversee the conversations and attempt to help them reach an agreement.
